Spring Sports Get Underway
While the equestrian team got things started last weekend, the remaining spring sports kick off their 2020 season this week and next. Get outside and go catch a game/match or two and root on the Cruisers!
On Saturday March 14th, the Fastpitch team begins their journey to defend their 2019 SPSL 2A league championship from last season and take on the North Mason Bulldogs at North Mason HS. The baseball team will also get their season started on the 14th with a road trip to Belfair to take on North Mason. The Cruisers look to improve on their 11-11 record from last season and make it back to the district playoffs again this year.
Boys soccer will kick things off on the 14th as well with a match against Bethel at Art Crate Stadium. They look to improve on their winless record of last year. Last season’s assistant coach Jay Cash takes over head coaching duties for departing coach Michael Sniezak.
The girl’s tennis team will serve up their first match on Tuesday the 16th when they head to the Olympia area to take on the Black Hills Wolves. They look to best their 9-6 record of last season.
