Girls Soccer
The Lady Cruisers dropped both of their matches last week. On Tuesday they fell to the La Center Wildcats 3-0 and then on Thursday they fell in their first Evergreen 1A league competition to the Montesano Bulldogs 5-0. They will look to get back on the winning track this week when they take on the Hoquiam Grizzlies (Tuesday) and the Elma Eagles (Thursday).
Volleyball
The Cruisers continued their 3 game skid with losses to Cascade Christian (3 sets to none), Montesano (3 sets to none) and Hoquiam (3 sets to none). That now puts the Cruisers losing streak at 6 in a row. They look to turn things around this week with matches against Elma (Thursday) and Morton-White Pass (Saturday).
Cross Country
The boys took first place in their league meet against Elma and Tenino. Finishing in the top 3 positions were Cruisers Joey Mueller, Owen Van Eaton, and Austin Frink. On the girl’s side Cheyanne Price and Aubrey Meadows finished 3rd and 6th overall.
