Lady Cruiser Basket Drops Opening Round District Game

After trailing by only two points at the half to the King's Way Christian Knights, the Cruisers would take the lead in the 4th quarter 33-32. The Knights then went on a 12-2 run to close the game out and handed the Lady Cruisers the loss 44-35 in the first round of the Southwest District 4 playoffs at King's Way Christian HS on Friday night.

Brook Blocker led the Cruisers in scoring with 12 points with Sophia Henley and Hailey Rath both chipping in with 8 points each.

That loss drops Eatonville into the losers bracket and they will host the #4 seeded Columbia-White Salmon Bruins on Tuesday, Feb. 15th at 6:00 pm in a loser-out contest.
