Girls Tennis

On Monday, the Cruisers dropped a close one to White River 3-2. Erin Mitchell won 6-2, 6-0 and Cassidy Foster won 6-0, 6-2. Tyson Cornwall & Teona Casul lost 4-6, 1-6. Emily Suver & Iva McCullough lost 4-6, 6-2, 10-4 (Tiebreaker third set). Ellie Manley & Faith Edmonds lost 1-6, 4-6.

On Tuesday they lost another close one 3-2 to last year's district champions, the Tenino Beavers. Iva McCullough won 6-0, 6-3. Emily Suver & Susanna Stumph won 6-7, 6-4, 6-1. Teona Casul lost 0-6, 1-6. Tyson Cornwall & Ellie Manley lost 6-4, 2-6, 3-6.

Eatonville would finish off the week hosting the Montesano Bulldogs and would come away with the same result, 3-2. Erin Mitchell and Cassidy Foster picked up wins in #1 and #2 singles. Iva McCullough lost a three-setter at #3 singles 6-3, 4-6, 0-6. Tyson Cornwall and Ellie Manley lost at #1 doubles and Emily Suver and Teona Casul lost at #2 doubles.

Track & Field

Both the boys and girls teams walked from the meet at Tenin HS with first place overall finishes.
